Biblical Jesus: the only path of truth

2010-03 .. 6 killed in attack on aid group in Pakistan

"It was a brutal and senseless attack," said Dean Owen, World Vision spokesman in Seattle, Washington. "It was completely unexpected, unannounced and unprovoked."

    Islamists often target Christian groups,
which they accuse of trying to convert Muslims.
( right .. we all know "how wrong that is" )

Another World Vision spokesman said the group, which was founded 60 years ago in the U.S. and is one of the world's largest and most well-funded Christian aid organizations, had suspended operations across Pakistan as a result of the attack.

Islamist militants see foreign aid groups and local outfits that receive international funds as a challenge to their authority in regions under their influence. The organizations often employ women and support female rights initiatives, further angering the extremists.

Many foreign aid groups set up offices in Mansehra after the 2005 earthquake, which killed about 80,000 people and left 3 million people homeless.

In 2008, militants there killed four Pakistanis working for Plan International, a British-based charity that mainly helps children. The attack forced several foreign agencies to scale back assistance to the area.

ATGNWT = "I love my gods too,
ya don't hear me blabbing on about them."

Yup, I guess you're right ATGNWT . . . if all I had were some little plastic trinkets of your so-called 'gods' ( self ) ..
    I wouldn't be 'blabbing' either ( and please don't ) . . .

    But since I am not you . . . therefore ..

In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, .. but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son ( Jesus ), whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
PS: this is one of my favorites . . . .   link

I have met my gods.  I'm guessing from what you have said, you can't say the same.

I'll try to understand your statements as ignorance, and not mean spiritedness.

Nah, explaining would mean I have a vested interest in getting you to believe me.  Some sort of "validating" what I believe to you.  Just understand that I feel that I have met my gods, and that is why I believe what I do.

Rome Will Be Conquered by Islam

Preacher: "The prophecy of the conquest of Rome remains valid, Allah willing. Just like Constantinople was conquered some 500 years ago, Rome too will be conquered.

Our prayers, our fasting, and the charity we give will be to no avail, if we doubt the Prophet Muhammad. How can we proceed along the path of righteousness, if we are not secure in our belief that Rome will be conquered, as promised by the Prophet Muhammad and as proclaimed by Allah?"

    from the 'religion of peace'
    . . .

    Koran 9:123 ..
"O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you,
and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty"

    . . . . . He said duty
